Walter Thomas Ngowi is officially 29 years old and is a lawyer by profession. But in Africa, everyone knows him as Sheri Ngowi (which translated from Swahili means the law of the style), because his passion for fashion has turned into a real business impreditoriale, becoming the fashion designer of the year and label preferred by many African and Arab businessmen. In 2008 he launched his first capsule collection under the name of Sheri Na Mavazi in Mysore. But is 2009 the year of change: Year of the Gentleman, the very first men's collection inspired by and dedicated father, "responsible" for his passion for men's fashion. Success came early, drew the dress for Miss Tanzania and in 2011 he was elected best designer of the year. By 2012, will also open its first store in town.
